#1 – Burger King Cheeseburger – Hold the Bun!
Almost any burger at a fast food restaurant can become keto-friendly by eating it without the bun or bread, and Burger King is no exception for this keto hack. By opting out on the bread, you can enjoy the meaty richness of the burger — and cheese if you please! — while staying within the boundaries of your preferred Keto Diet. It’s really quite simple!
Pro Tip: Be sure to also stay away from the sauces, including ketchup, as they can be laden with sugar and carbs, destroying your efforts at eating a keto-friendly meal. Trust us, the meat is good on its own!
#2 – Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Although it might sound a little dull, the grilled chicken sandwich at Burger King is delicious and way more healthy than its crispy counterpart, AND it can be a savory addition for your Keto Diet. Just be sure to hold the bun. Also be careful with the sauces to keep your meal as carb free as possible.
Pro Tip: If you’re really gunning for some extra flavor, add a bit of Ranch or Buffalo Dipping Sauce for a burst of flavorful goodness at a low carb count. Some of the other sauces are much higher in carbohydrates.
#3 – Sausage Egg & Cheese Croissan’which

One of our favorite Burger King keto choices is the Fully Loaded Biscuit (hold the biscuit, of course!). This meal has all the meats: thin sliced sweet black forecast ham, savory sizzling sausage, thick cut naturally smoked bacon all topped with fluffy eggs and melted American cheese. Combine all the meats and you can’t go wrong!
#5 – Grilled Chicken Garden Salad
If you’re feeling like indulging in some keto leafy green-ness, you can’t go wrong with the Grilled Chicken Garden Salad. Be sure to hold the dressing and don’t eat the croutons to bring the net carb count down. Even without the dressing and croutons, this dish is still quite delicious and won’t weigh you down if you’re feeling the need for a lighter meal. We love it as a simple lunch option.
Overall, Burger King keto options are fairly easy to find if you’re willing to forego the bun and the sauces on most dishes. While this might sound like a way to ruin a perfectly good cheat meal, we believe you can still indulge in your favorite fast food items from time to time without knocking yourself out of ketosis.
