#1 Starbucks Keto Option – Americano
While it may sound boring, the classic Americano from Starbucks is a fantastic way to get your caffeine jolt for the day while keeping you in ketosis. Comprised of a shot of espresso with hot water added, you’ll basically get away scot-free with this Starbucks order.
Pro Tip: Add in heavy cream to mellow out the harshness of the espresso while keeping your carb count low.
#2 Starbucks Keto Option – Keto “White Drink”
Believe it or not, Keto Dieters around the globe have unofficially deemed a drink at Starbucks the Keto “White Drink” and this secret menu item has made its way around the internet, gaining in notoriety.
While you probably can’t walk up to any barista and request the Keto “White Drink” and have them know what you’re talking about, you can order this unofficial drink by requesting the below:
- Unsweetened Peach Citrus White Tea
- No Water
- 2 – 4 pumps of sugar-free vanilla syrup (pumps at your discretion)
- Splash of Heavy Cream
- Light Ice

#3 Starbucks Keto Option – Low-Carb Mocha
When you request the low-carb mocha at Starbucks, you’re basically asking for is the Mr. Skinnypants order:
