Let us guess: you want to hear about our most favorite Chipotle keto options. Well, we’re not here to disappoint you one bit. We’ll tell it to you straight up, and we promise you’ll want to hear what it is we have to say.

First off, you’ve likely had some amazing meals at Chipotle. Who can say they haven’t had a good meal there? Pretty much anything on their menu is delicious. However, what you may not know is that it is super simple to make many of your meals at Chipotle keto-friendly. All it takes are a few simple steps and a little bit of creative thinking to get the keto meal of your dreams. Below are 4 amazing Chipotle Keto meals you can enjoy. We suggest you try them as soon as you can, and especially if you’re new to the keto journey.

#1 Chipotle Keto Option – Keto Salad Bowl

Wow. Chipotle has really done it this time. We didn’t think we could love them any more! But we sure do, and we are not afraid to admit it. Chipotle has added a keto-friendly bowl to its main menu. Now you don’t even have to think about making item substitutions or changes when you order. The keto bowls are ready and waiting for you to order with no calculating and no regrets! Among our favorites so far is the keto salad bowl. The keto salad bowl is slightly high in the carb count (7g net), but it still is a delicious low-carb option for those of us following the keto diet. Included on it are:

  • Romaine
  • Carnitas
  • Tomato Red Chili Salsa
  • Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Guacamole

Pro Tip: Notice how there are no beans at all in this order? Skip the black beans! Skip the pinto beans! They are high in carbohydrates, and you can instead add fajita veggies for a bigger burst of flavor. The savory peppers are worth it, and your body will thank you for the little extra boost of nutrients.

#2 Chipotle Keto Option – Whole30 Salad Bowl

Similar to the Keto Salad Bowl option now on the menu at Chipotle, the Whole30 Salad Bowl is a new staple menu item at Chipotle stores near you. If you’re looking for a little extra burst of flavor on your Keto Salad Bowl, then we suggest the Whole30 Salad Bowl. The Whole30 Salad Bowl contains fajita vegetables, and it swaps out the tomato red chili salsa with the fresh tomato salsa for an overall fresh taste. It’s delicious, healthy, and keto-friendly and we love it.

Despite its somewhat higher net carb count (10g) this Whole30 Salad Bowl is not to be passed over. You won’t regret it, we promise.

Play around with the Chipotle Nutrition Calculator to see what other options work for your salad bowl! You may be surprised at what you find. For instance, some of the salsas can be added or swapped with almost no change to your net carb intake.

#3 Chipotle Keto Option – Paleo Bowl

Another new staple on the Chipotle menu is the Paleo Bowl. At 12g net carbs, this salad bowl is full of flavor due to the barbacoa meat that is used in its base. Boy do we love that savory barbacoa. All together, this only adds 2g of carbs to the dish. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can order the paleo bowl and get the below:

  • Barbacoa
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Fajita Vegetables
  • Tomato Green Chili Salsa
  • Guacamole

Pro Tip: If you’re feeling extra hungry, add in some sour cream or queso to the mix. Yes, both will add a few carbs to your net count, but they will also add in a few of grams of protein. Moreover, they will leave you feeling nice and full.

#4 Chipotle Keto Option – Design Your Own Salad Bowl

One of the tried-and-true ways we’ve found to enjoy a keto-friendly meal at Chipotle is to design your own salad bowl. The options are basically endless and you can change up your tired old routine for something fresh and flavorful. All of the meat options are low carb (be sure to skip the carb-laden sofritas!), and if you choose not to add rice or beans, pretty much any combination of the salsa and veggies will leave you satiated and at a low net carb count. Plus, it will taste amazingly great. This is definitely one of our favorite Chipotle keto options, despite the large menu.

Pro Tip: Skip the Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette. It may be tangy and delicious, but it is packed with sugar and carbohydrates. It will ruin your efforts to make your meal keto-friendly! And we certainly can’t have that on our watch.

And if you’re really missing those carbs, wrap yourself up like a tortilla in a burrito blanket. You can enjoy carbs via osmosis, right? Plus, this blanket is super cute and kitschy, and could make for some awesome Instagram posts. We don’t know about you guys, but when we’re really missing carbs, this helps. Plain and simple.
